Shipping Policy

We do all we can to get our orders shipped out as soon as possible, and most orders ship within 24 hours of being sent to the warehouse. However, shipping charges are for the carrier service selected. We do not guarantee delivery dates, and we do not refund shipping charges if items do not ship on a specific day.

We will do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible. If there is a problem with the delivery of your order, we will do everything we can to help resolve the problem. If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted within two business days. Feel free to contact us.

 

All residential deliveries are CURB-SIDE deliveries

We use common carriers on all our shipments, so the drivers will leave this product at you location. If multiple items are purchased, these can be heavy so please make adequate arrangements to move the product inside you location.
